Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another colour.

Delivery Times

Delivery Policy

At our florist, we take great care to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful. To help us provide the best possible service, please review our delivery policy below:

  • Delivery Timing:
    While we do not guarantee specific delivery times, we do guarantee that all orders will be delivered on the selected date.
  • Safe Delivery:
    If it is safe to do so, our driver will leave the flowers in a secure location at the delivery address.
  • If No Safe Location Is Available:
    If we determine that it is not safe to leave the flowers unattended, the arrangement will be returned to our shop. In this case, we will contact the recipient to arrange redelivery or pickup.
  • Recipient Notification:
    Once delivery is completed (or attempted), we will contact the recipient to inform them that their flowers have been delivered or to coordinate next steps if needed.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these delivery terms. If you have any special instructions, please include them at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
